Accountability- the acknowledgment and assumption of responsibility for actions, decisions, and policies including the administration, governance and implementation. Encompassing the obligation to report, explain and be answerable for resulting consequences.
Communication- Between parties, communication includes acts that confer knowledge and experiences, give advice and commands, and ask questions.
